I'm pleased to announce I will be teaching THREE classes at the 2024 American Kumihimo Society Gathering in Minneapolis, MN! Registration starts for AKS members on March 30 and for non-AKS members on April 6. The three classes I'm teaching are Sliding Sasanami bracelet, Cellini Bangle bracelet, and Tusna Continuous Beaded Braid.
Sliding Sasanami is a fiber only braid made on the octo-plate which combines two ways of making sasanami to end up with a curvy, form fitting bracelet.
Cellini Bangle bracelet combines multiple sizes of beads to create a graduated twist, and uses a simple, no glue or metal finishing.
Tusna Continuous Beaded Braid teaches the secrets of using a disk to make braid using strands of beads as the elements.
